Frequently Asked Questions
Client FAQs
Welcome. This page is here to answer common questions and help you feel more comfortable before reaching out or beginning therapy. If you don’t see your question here, you’re always welcome to contact me directly.

How do I book a session with you?
Please reach out to me first through the contact form or email on this site. After we connect and confirm we’re a good fit, you’ll be redirected to a company website to officially schedule your appointment.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply curious about understanding yourself more deeply. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Our initial consultation is a good space to explore whether therapy—and working together—feels like the right next step.
What is your therapeutic approach like?
My practice is founded on the belief that every individual deserves a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore their inner world and navigate life’s transitions. I bring a warm, professional, and collaborative approach, supporting both individuals and those seeking healthier relationships. Together, we work toward greater insight, resilience, and emotional well-being.
What types of therapy do you offer?
I currently offer:
-
Individual Therapy
-
Couples Therapy
-
Children/Teen/Adolescent Therapy
-
Family Therapy
How long is each session?
Sessions typically range from 45 to 55 minutes, depending on your needs and the type of session.
Do you offer in-person or online sessions?
I offer telehealth (online) sessions for clients throughout California, and may also offer in-person sessions depending on availability and location. We can discuss what works best for you during the initial contact.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are outlined on the company website, where you officially book your sessions. Generally, sessions must be canceled or rescheduled within a specific time frame to avoid a late-cancellation fee. We’ll review these details together so there are no surprises.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. I accept insurance, including Medi-Cal. When you reach out, we can review your coverage and any details related to your plan.
Why don’t I see prices listed on your site?
I do not list prices directly on this site. Once we connect, I’ll provide clear information about fees, insurance, and any out-of-pocket costs so you know exactly what to expect.
How do I pay for sessions?
Payment options are managed through the company website where you officially book your sessions. After you’re redirected there, you’ll see the available payment methods and can choose what works best for you.
What is your background and training?
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #162604) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #22390). I earned my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide in 2026 (dual AMFT/APCC track, Summa Cum Laude), my B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles in 2021, and three associate degrees from Compton College in Sociology, Psychology, and General Studies in Social and Natural Sciences in 2019.
